Ms. Ashley Kee Avila
Founding Owner and CEO
Prior to becoming the CEO in September of 2017, Ms. Avila served as the COO for ITSC Secure Solutions, LLC (ITSC), formerly BMK Secure Solutions, for ten years.
In addition to her leadership roles within ITSC, Ms. Avila has over ten years of Clinical Research/Program Management experience in many facets of management and monitoring to include: Study Management, Study Monitoring, and Data Management, as well as training of Clinical Research Staff for Investigational Device Exemption Studies, Post-Approval Studies, and Post Market Studies. She is experienced in ensuring a Clinical Research Study’s compliance to FDA regulations. Ms. Avila is a published author of three articles for The Journal of Medical Practice Management supporting, “How Clinical Research Can Grow a Medical Practice”; “Standard Operating Procedures for Clinical Research Departments”; and “Investigator Responsibilities for Clinical Research Studies: Proper Staffing Can Ensure An Investigator is Compliant”.
Ms. Avila is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, South Hadley, MA. She also has an IS/IT Program Management Master’s Certificate, Villanova University.
Ms. Avila is an Active Member of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) and a passionate supporter of Homes for Our Troops: Homes for Our Troops (HFOT) is a privately funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post – 9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives.
Ms. Patricia Kee
Founding Owner and President
Ms. Kee is a seasoned senior business and development operations professional, having spent many years in both Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial entities throughout CONUS/OCONUS. She attributes much of the growth of ITSC Secure Solutions, LLC (ITSC) to her team of extremely talented co-owners and SMEs. Patricia has been instrumental in forming partnerships and subcontractor agreements with well-respected highly sought-after government contracting companies.
Ms. Kee’s first-hand knowledge of people and their governments, along with her Associate Engineering/Marketing degree from Central Missouri State University, and master’s degree studies in Public Administration, gives her the tenacity needed to bring a team of seasoned professionals together to deliver the on-time, under budget, conscious secure solution to our customers.
Patricia is a member of the Rotary Club of Fairfax and supports military organizations to include the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International (AFCEA) Small Business Committee and Homes for our Troops (HFOT).
Ms. Judy Barrett Haberman
Founding Owner, Senior Vice President, and Facility Security Officer
Ms. Haberman is a Government Civilian Retiree having served 34 years supporting the Air Force Acquisitions at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. With Ms. Haberman’s long history at Hanscom AFB, in Acquisition Life Cycle Management, she has been the cornerstone of building ITSC Secure Solutions, LLC’s (ITSC) corporate infrastructure as well as its growth in DoD contracting and acquisition space.
As a government employee, Ms. Haberman managed the development of requirements and management of Federally Funded Research Development Contracts. On the Engineering and Technology Support Services Contract, Ms. Haberman spearheaded the development of and strategic implementation for the 2010-2014 training at Hanscom AFB and critical Configuration Management and Acquisition knowledge to Hanscom Air Force programs. Her leadership is admired by many and trusted by all.
Ms. Haberman is a recognized expert in Project Management, Configuration, Data, and Logistics Management. She holds Certified International Configuration Manager (C.I.C.M) and Level III DAIWA Program Management certifications.
Ms. Haberman is an active member within the DoD Community; Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) Patriots Chapter and the Air Force Association (AFA), Hanscom Representative Association (HRA) and the National Defense Industrial Association & Women in Defense.
Dr. Winslow Sargeant
Owner and Senior Strategic Advisor
The Honorable Dr. Winslow Sargeant is an owner and Senior Strategic Advisor for ITSC Secure Solutions, LLC (ITSC). Dr. Sargeant is also Senior Advisor for Globalization and Head of Capital Markets for Genaesis. In this role, Dr. Sargeant syndicates opportunities with unaffiliated third-party capital partners – both domestically and internationally – facilitating optimized valuations and deal structures. In 1997, Dr. Sargeant co-founded Aanetcom, a computer-circuit design company, which was acquired by publicly traded PMC-Sierra only 3 years later for $900M. As an investor, he has participated in numerous private equity and venture capital funds in both limited and managing partner capacities. In addition to his business and investing experience, Dr. Sargeant is a Kauffman Fellow, a member of the Presidential Leadership group at Stevens Institute of Technology, a Trustee for Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF), a Trustee at Northeastern University, Trustee for the Morgridge Institute for Research and founding board member of First Women’s Bank (FWB).
Dr. Sargeant was appointed by President Obama as Chief Counsel for Advocacy in 2010 and unanimously confirmed by the US Senate in 2011. The Chief Counsel for Advocacy represents the independent voice of small business before the White House, US Congress, and the Federal Courts.
Dr. Sargeant received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Master’s degree from Iowa State, and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Sargeant is the incoming president of the International Council for Small Business (ICSB) and has been a strong advocate in helping countries worldwide develop powerful small business infrastructure as well as mentoring businesses directly to accelerate their growth.
Mr. Timothy Johnson
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of both Government and Industry Leadership experience to include providing thought leadership in all aspects of technology and business transformation. During his career, he has led the implementation of major transformation initiatives which improved the effectiveness, and real-time transparency of both federal agencies and industry organizations. This allowed those Agencies and/or Industry Organizations to identify and implement efficiencies through the advancements in technology, emerging business concepts, strategic communication, and collaborative forums.
Mr. Johnson’s primary responsibility at ITSC Secure Solutions, as Chief Operating Officer, is to oversee all business operations to ensure ITSC Secure Solutions meets its maximum potential. This includes the value proposition of our services and capabilities which allow our clients to plan, deliver, maintain, enhance, and protect their mission objectives.
Mr. Johnson has a passion for improving his own self-worth, both professionally and personally, as well as providing mentorship and coaching to those that seek it. Additionally, he is a proud volunteer and donation provider to his local healthcare provider and veteran community organizations (e.g., Wounded Warrior Foundation, Disable American Veterans).
